General Assembly Tips (for Self-Assembly)
• After unpacking your furniture, confirm that all parts are present.
• Remove all packaging materials immediately, keeping them out of children’s reach.
• Thoroughly read assembly instructions before starting and identify each furniture component.
• Assemble on carpet or another soft, protective surface to avoid scratches or damage.
• Do not use excessive force when fitting parts together.
• When performing delicate or complex tasks, enlist help to avoid damage or injury.
• Follow glue drying times precisely as stated in the instructions (typically 1 hour).
Multimo Beds is not liable for damage resulting from improper or incorrect assembly or installation.
Installing & Positioning Furniture
• After assembly, position the furniture and ensure it is level for proper function of doors and drawers.
• Adjust hinges if necessary, checking stability carefully.
• Do not exceed recommended weight capacities as stated in the assembly manual.
• Secure items such as televisions or electronics so they do not shift when moving furniture.
Special notes for furniture with casters:
• Ensure casters are functioning properly before use.
• Load and position furniture carefully to maintain stability when moving.
• Always close drawers and fold tables before moving furniture.
• Do not exceed maximum weight limits for furniture with casters.
If furniture must be relocated, emptying it beforehand is recommended to reduce the risk of injury or damage, unless the furniture specifically has casters (in that case, emptying is at your discretion).
Furniture Maintenance & Care
• Dust furniture regularly with a clean, soft cloth.
• Apply cleaning products to the cloth, not directly onto furniture surfaces.
• Avoid prolonged contact with moisture or liquids.
• Do not use abrasive cleaning products, scouring pads, or steel wool.
• Lubricate hinges and drawer runners occasionally, especially with heavy usage.
• Periodically tighten screws and joints for stability and safety.
Additional care for glass surfaces:
• Avoid contact with hot or cold items.
• Do not strike glass surfaces.
• Avoid sitting or standing on glass panels.
